What is your return policy?

Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. Should you need to return an item for any reason, please contact our Customer Service department at (717) 220-3417.

 

How do I return a product?
If your product was shipped, contact Customer Service or call (717) 220-3417 for specific instructions.
If you purchased products in our store, return to the store for return processing.

 

How much time from purchase does a user have to request a refund?
It will take up to 48 hours to get the refund back to the original method of payment.
The refund will be done to the original method of payment (Credit Card, Paypal, In-Store payment card, Gift card minus any store credit/discount used.
What should be the product condition to be eligible for return?

The product should be in unopened original box to be eligible for return.

How would I initiate the return?
You can initiate the return from Contact US or call our number mentioned in the form. Either way, please refer the order number and we will reach out to you with return shipping label to return the product.

 

Is there any restocking fee?
No, There is no restocking fee as long as the product is returned in original box.
